"Looks like this clinic was bought or changed management. Since then, the level of customer service, attention to detail, and care for patients' health has gone from 100 to 0 in a matter of weeks. My husband had an appointment on January 9 to refill a prescription for his hereditary high cholesterol. Let me start by saying that he had to wait 2.5 hours for the doctor. He was sent to a room and it looks like they forgot about him. It's now been 2 full weeks after that appointment and 3 calls later, and the office still hasn't sent the prescription to the pharmacy. This is complete and utter lack of care for patients' life from the people that work in this office."
