"My son is a patient of Dr Chon and we have been so grateful for his attentive care. He takes the time to listen and communicate with him, which can be very challenging. We have recommended him to several friends (whose children have become patients as well) and they are also grateful to have found this practice. Our family is working with several providers at Bloom and I have found all of them to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely conservative when it comes to medication. The patient portal has been a bit of a road block, but I have found the staff to be very supportive and helpful navigating that challenge."

"Dr. Chon is understanding, listens to my concerns, and involves me in my treatment plan. This combination is hard to find. I'm also a psych nurse and I've seen both sides of treatment. The actual company can be a nightmare. The billing is awful. I had to get proof from my flexible spending account that they paid my bill directly. They still haven't cashed a check from August yet I have a credit. They do respond quickly when I contact them but I can't help but think they're all new employees whenever I do."

"Horrible! They have known problems with their third party scheduler giving out FALSE INFORMATION yet continue to use them. They do not listen to your concerns, make you wait months to get an appointment that will not even address the concerns, reschedule same day and switch to telehealth without the patient's consent. The in house receptionists are rude and lie. I was told a supervisor is out sick today yet when I called another number was promptly routed to that same supervisor. All they want to do is medicate, zero other mental health services are provided. This is negligence and you are doing yourself a grave disservice in seeking their help. They will only medicate, regardless of age. Their practices are unconscionable, particularly in the mental health space. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Stay away, this place feels like a psychiatric pill mill. My first consult with a PA was great but she left a week later. I was assigned to a new PA but she was unavailable last minute and I was switched to someone new. Actual doctors don't seem to ever be available. I was placed on some medications that caused me to have a seizure when I was driving and I ended up totaling my vehicle. I told my PA about the incident and rather than having some empathy for what happened, she just started rattling off some new pills I should be interested in. I went off all of the pills recommended by this center and took control of my own health. I'm doing so much better without this irresponsible practice in my life."

"Tried these guys. It was easy to get In Touch with them to enroll. Scheduled an appointment gave them my insurance information. Got an appointment two weeks later-great. Within the next week, they’d call me about 3 times during my busy morning working hours, to ask me for the very same insurance Iformation. One lady I spoke to, I asked how much the appointment would cost. She refused to answer, she just told me my insurance would pay 30% of it. I had to argue her and explain that I live paycheck to paycheck, and I can’t just book appointments that I don’t know whether I can afford. She told me that my sessions would cost $50. I had my session. I was sent information for the online portal-which is supposed to show me all my visits and notes, etc. it shows nothing but my bill, which was over $400. I was billed $165-AFTER INSURANCE. And haven’t been billed for the follow up. Also-once you’re not a new client, they aren’t very easy to contact This is the worst experience ever and I’m waiting for the investigative team to call me. If they don’t contact me within the next week, I call my attorney. STAY AWAY!"
