"This isn’t Quality First anymore - it was purchased by FirstCall. The previous practice was phenomenal, with virtually no wait times. This practice promises services they can’t offer, have you wait three hours for four people ahead of you (literally), and then tell you they indeed can’t perform the service they promised after you’ve paid a copay and waited. It’s a shame that they’re using the previous company’s excellent ratings to make their reviews get averaged out - I recommend you take a look at the recent reviews as compared to the ones from several months/years ago."

"Do not go here unless you want to incur sneaky additional charges. We were told this was a great place to go for quick, fast COVID test results. We liked the ease of getting in and that you DID NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT- you didn’t see a medical professional, you didn’t have to sign in or talk about your symptoms- the testing was OUTSIDE, so you didn’t even go into the building. Quick, straightforward covid testing… until you get your statement (six months after the fact), and are charged for an “office visit” in addition to your COVID test. When I called billing they could also not give me a straightforward reason why I was billed for just an “office visit” when the government was paying for free covid testing, and why that “office visit” is the same cost as my “office visit” + covid test when the government was no longer covering covid tests. Something is sketchy about the way they run their billing dept. and while I appreciated the fast covid testing, I won’t be back because of their shady billing practices."

"I went for a walk-in visit today and the front desk checked me in accordingly per my symptoms, the wait time for the provider was not very long at all. Within an hour I was evaluated, labs collected and processed , my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The staff was courteous and explained everything to me. Nurse practitioner Dawn and her student were both wonderfully quick and thorough."

"Contrary to some reviews on Google, I’ve used this clinic many times in the past 4 years and have always met caring and courteous staff. Possibly it is quite quiet but everyone is available and considerate. I’ve only had to wait for a while twice and today was not more than a 5 minute wait. It is definitely my easiest option for a quick doctor or appointment."

"I was taken in pretty quickly as a new patient. Waited a while for the provider, everyone was very friendly, nice, and pleasant. Got quick treatment once I was seen I was sent on my way. Very organized and nice place to go for any urgent needs!"
