"Pretty disappointed after everything! I went in to have my hand assessed because I thought it may have been broken. My hand ended up being okay, but since my visit, I keep receiving bills from them and other facilities, even after my copay. If you need an x-ray, do not go to them! They do not have a radiologist on staff so they send your x-rays out and you have to pay for it."

"I went in to FirstCall for a Covid test. I was greeted promptly by the front desk staff and quickly got the insurance & other paperwork taken care of. Once I was seen by the medical staff, a Covid test was quickly & efficiently administered. The physician assistant clearly explained to me my treatment options. Everyone I saw was professional and courteous. An excellent visit all around."

"Dr. Brittany Smith, Estefani, Phil, and front desk staff were all very pleasant and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I did not have to wait long to be seen, and even when waiting to be seen by Dr. Smith, staff were very attentive and checked in quite often. You can see how well staff work with each other. Dr. Smith and Estefani were very informative with all of the tests that had to be done and did a wonderful job making me feel like my issues were being addressed. Phil is an awesome X-Ray tech and made the process so easy. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Urgent Care. I’m happy to have received care from such a great group of people!"
