"Excellent service and compassionate care! I went in last week to follow up on lab work done at the ER and was treated for a UTI. I was seen quickly and all staff were friendly and skilled. I would recommend this center for anyone needing urgent care. They are only open 8:00-8:00, so save yourself the frustration of an ER visit if at all possible!"
"FIRE RENA JOHNSON IF CENTENNIAL MEDICAL GROUP CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS FIRE RENA JOHNSON!! Rena Johnson was assigned my PCP for a few years before I got fed up with her nonsense- put simply. Please fire her as a physician, she is horrible. Clearly stated in my medical history AND IN PERSON that i had a history of eating disorders and when I decided to finally see a PCP to check everything is a ok she only lectured me about how I should take one specific joint supplement and that everything I was eating was bad for me. Great advice for an ED recoverer. I weigh 115 now (because of her) and you’re lucky if I eat more than one full meal each day (because of her). I had 4-5 appointments with her within 1.5 years and every appointment went the same- lecture me about this joint supplement for 30 min and then tell me how everything I’m eating is either fat, sugar, or carbs and only contributing to my inflammation for another 30 min. Way to tell a patient with an ED history that everything they’re eating is extremely unhealthy for them and/or contributing to their pain. (Pain caused from competitive dance from age 3-18 which I’ve now had 3 surgeries for- not sponsored by Dr. starve yourself of course). If you’re a client, please go to another institution solely because if they hire and retain villains like her, what can they really do for your health. If you’re an employer, please fire this doctor. She caused me to lose over 20 lbs in less than a year, going from 140 to less than 110 at times- and trust me her words still stick with me to feel ashamed with everything I eat. And I still look at food as only “fat” or “sugar” or how Dr. starve yourself described them. You could come for me and say it’s my problem but I recovered from my ED in 2017, and she is the only reason I felt ashamed for the way I’ve ate now in 2022-2023. Rena Johnson is the reason my eating disorder restarted after 5 years of being happy, healthy, and recovered from ED. FIRE RENA JOHNSON. SHE WANTS YOU TO STARVE AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL, PHYSICAL, OF EMOTIONAL HEALTH WHICH IS SO IRONIC SINCE SHE IS A DOCTOR AND SHOULD CARE ABOUT something. But she doesn’t. Dont waste your time seeing this horrible doctor that is not one to talk about others health yet will nearly fat shame you about everything you eat- an orange and toast for breakfast is just sugar, fat, and carbs to her. Don’t waste your time. Complain to the company if you really care about ED and find a better institution to get a doctor until she is fired from Centennial. Employers Please Fire Rena Johnson. She is a horrible doctor and doesn’t care about her patients."
"The service was POOR! I went to get my blood drawn on Wednesday and the person who took my blood didn't give me a bandage nor clean my arm up after. He just circled around the shot with a pen. Then I went back today which is 48 hrs later to retrieve my results. They misplaced my results, The person who took me back to give me my results was about to give me someone's else results. The place of business is very unprofessional."
"My video call /treatment with Dr. Laird was nothing less than phenomenal. She was everything that I feel is upstanding in anyone in the medical field. My only complaint is that she only does visual appts. Thank You very much, I appreciate your kindness and bedside manner!!!"
"It's been almost 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive the results of my bloodwork. They also did not show up to my the telehealth appointment that they confirmed to review my lab results. They were kind enough to immediately send me a survey afterwards asking how my non-existent appointment went though. I took time off work to attend the appointment, and they could care less. They just chalked it up to being the lab's fault because they didn't have my paperwork yet and failed to communicate with me. My appointment should have rescheduled before it ever happened. That is their fault. Not the lab's. Then after all that, I got the run around for why my bloodwork was delayed. I went last week to redraw blood since I was told that was needed (again more time off work). When I got there though, they reassured me that my bloodwork was not the problem and that my results are in the portal. I checked and they were not. I sent a message asking for it to be added and received zero response. Communication with this establishment is sub par at best."
