"The provider was rude and unhelpful when the vaccine I had scheduled for was not available. I had called ahead to verify availability, but apparently there is no number for the minute clinic and I had called the pharmacy that is less than 20 feet away in the same building. She talked over me and would not let me complete my sentences. Insisted the pharmacy didn't carry the vaccine and couldn't help me. I walked away and spoke to the pharmacist. She had the vaccine and took me without any appointment, with a smile on her face. Moral of the story, be careful when scheduling to select the pharmacy!"

"I came in because I had a sinus infection - I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by a nurse who repeatedly yelled at me, refused to help in any way, then misfiled my insurance. Coming here was a huge waste of time, money, and effort."

"I cannot say enough positive things about the NP, Abay Weldetsadik, who saw me today. He made me feel very comfortable, and was so knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I did not feel rushed at all, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. If you are seen by him at the Minute Clinic, know you are in great hands."

"I went for a physical. The doctor seemed to have no clue what he was doing. He was even saying out loud, “Hmmm… what should I check now?” He would think for a while and then do something weird like have me show him the proper way to lift a heavy object. When checking my eyes there was no line to stand behind when reading the chart, I was just instructed to stand “right about there.” It was the strangest physical I’ve ever had. Then, I was double charged for my physical. It took weeks of harassing the billing department to finally get them to reimburse me, and then they mailed a check that isn’t due to arrive for another 4-6 weeks. This place is an unorganized mess that took an extra $100 from me right around time to start holiday shopping. When I calmly stated what a burden it was to get my money back, the man on the phone laughed at me."

"DO NOT BE SEEN BY SOO-IN OR HILARY. I came in for a physical scheduled at 11 am and upon being called back by nurse practitioner SOO-IN (don’t know exact spelling) I was told that they did not have my immunization history in order to fill my physical forms out. She already had a bad attitude to begin with when calling me back, but on top of that Soo-In did not offer to give me a minute to log onto my school portal for the immunization records and when asked for a fax number they didn’t even know what their fax number was. She then immediately suggested I reschedule despite waiting 25 minutes to be seen. After logging into my school portal within 3 minutes and getting the records needed, I went back inside and let Soo-In know that I have the record and would like to have my physical done. She then told me i had to fill out the first page but a second nurse practitioner named HILARY then told me because I didn’t have it previously filled out prior to coming in they need me to come back “some other time” because they “have other patients waiting to be seen”. It was now 11:50 am at this point, so I let her know that my appointment was almost an hour ago, it took them 25 minutes to call me back in the office, and that I was supposed to be seen at 11:00. She tried to say that it was an extensive appointment and that they have other patients to be seen. I then said I had an appointment initially scheduled and was not seen so I deserve to be seen. She then said “do you have your own pen with you?” Why ask if I have my own pen? You don’t have pens in your office? (keep in mind it’s a very simple form that I could fill out in two minutes but they did not want to do a physical at this time). I was just in the previous week and asked the practitioner in that day (very nice practitioner named Wendy who knows how to treat her patients with respect) if this was something I could get done at this office and even showed her the forms and she said yes of course. I can’t believe I wasted an hour of my time just to be told I couldn’t be seen due to other patients scheduled after my appointment. They could have told me I couldn’t be seen upon noticing the first page wasn’t filled out to begin with but they decided to waste 30 extra minutes of my time instead. I was disrespected in front of other patients in the waiting area. I would never treat my future patients in this manner, it is truly despicable. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH SOO-IN, she clearly does not treat her patients fairly."
