Starbucks

"Very unorganized there needs to be a signed tasks. There's too many people running around not knowing what they're doing. I understand that it's busy. It's Christmas Eve. However, there are too many people in areas that they shouldn't be in which is causing them to run into each other. Service is slow. This is very depressing because my wife and I are very loyal customers to Starbucks. If this does not change, it will come to an end in the Indiana Pennsylvania area for us"

"I frequently stop at the Indiana Starbucks because of the absolutely amazing staff. Typically, I interact the most with Kade and Percy (both who are the perfect representation that you'd want in the service industry!) These two have always been so kind, sweet and thoughtful when I'm in mom mode barreling through the drive-through line to pick up my mobile order. They are SO friendly with my children which means the world to me. My daughter always asks me to roll down the window so she can say hello to them. :) Indiana has plenty of coffee options and it'd be so easy to frequent any of them, but I choose to stay loyal to Starbucks because of the incredible service and kindness I always receive! Keep doing what you're doing and please make sure your staff knows that they are AWESOME! xoxo"

"The drive thru line wait time is always absurdly long. No matter how many cars are in line I’m usually there at least 10 min (if not more). Other than that, the workers are nice and my coffees are good."
