"Took my fiancé in because he had dislocated his shoulder they have him do all the small little test lifting his arms up and that jazz and all the doctor says is “you just need physical therapy” take him to another orthopedic and they find out indeed his arm is dislocated. this place is a sick joke"

"Very nice experience. A few people ahead of me but overall a short wait and good medical care. Got a visit and X-ray and a plan in about an hour."

"Don't waist your time or money going here. The first issue was the nurse that checked me in. She asked me my weight and height instead of measuring me. Instead of getting the appropriate blood pressure cuff she took my blood pressure on my forearm with a small cuff. Next the Dr arrived. He told me this office was to treat injuries that require immediate surgery or a cast, not chronic pain. I was then told by Dr Posner that I most likely had a slipped disk in my back. He did no x-rays or examination. My complaint was chronic lower back pain. I found the pain was muscle pain caused by a statin prescription I was on. This is a very common side effect of the medicine. He had a list of medications I was taking so this should have been part of the discussion, probably instead of major back issues. This was all done at a cost of 4.5 hours in the waiting room and $181 after insurance. Wellspan should be embarrassed to have this happen in their location. I would welcome a call from them to discuss this in detail, but I have been unable to find anyone who cares."

"Matthew Posner spent 5 minutes with me, if that. Saw I wear flip flops and pretty much dismissed my pain based on that reason alone. I always wear flip flops, I hate socks on my feet. I sat for 2 minutes before he came in so when I stood up, I had no limp when walking but if I sit for 10 minutes or more then get it, I definitely limp until the pain subsides. It's clearly swollen and he recommended a podiatrist? I laughed and he stated he's not being smart. Yes indeed you are. I should have read the reviews before going here. Hope he gets his act together and begins to actually care about his patients. I went elsewhere and they said he's unprofessional and this isn't the first complaint about him."

"I had a recent injury and received excellent care at WellSpan Urgent Orthopedics! I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but my experience was excellent. I scheduled the appointment online and was seen ON TIME! I was X-rayed, diagnosed and received followup instructions by very courteous, capable staff and was on my way in less than forty minutes. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate!!!"
