"My son had surgery and was seen by Dr.Young. She was great!"
"This is the worst facility I have ever encountered. I went to see Dr. Christine Tran for a kidney stone on 10.12.20223 and she ordered a CT scan that I should have done "sooner rather than later". I had the CT scan done on 10.13.2023, and here it is 10.23.2023, and Dr. Tran has YET to read the report and get back to me. I have called the office multiple times (and the front desk staff are very, very nice), and am told that she is either not in or is in surgery. They are "hopeful" that they can get her to read it when she is in the office tomorrow. Do NOT go here."
"This was my experience with one of the receptionists answering the phone. I did not get her name but needs training. Forbid you have an accent, they will yell at you and say they can't understand you. Then you tell them what you need and they hang up on you."
"The staff is very friendly, but I never get a call about test results. I had to call for ultrasound results and still haven't gotten a call about a cystoscopy I got done back in May. I don't believe it's MY responsibility to call the office for a test result. If they're not going to call, have an automatic system like Inova Health System. I get notified for all of my test results. Even if they don't call, I get an email from the doctor."
"They couldn't get me in fast enough to do a routine, elective procedure. Once I needed follow-up for pain I was experiencing it was another story. They say they are "slammed" (their words) however several appointment setters admitted to me that they are constantly taking new patients. Yet an existing patient with acute pain needs to wait a month to see a doctor. They need to stop taking new patients and care for the ones they already have."
