"Highly disappointed. Visited the clinic on Saturday and they did not send the medicine out till Monday. What is the point in seeing the doctor for an emergency and did not receive the medicine on time. Irresponsible staff. I highly don't recommend this clinic."
"I felt more like an inmate than a patient trying to get my medication transferred from a different practice and filled by Ms. Megan Stuart, She was very accusatory and disrespectful. It's understandable to be thorough and careful when it comes to prescribing stimulant medication, but to start the appointment off by stopping just short of accusing a patient of being a drug dealer is not right. Especially when the prescription is a transfer with years of history. Dr. Govil is great and highly recommended. Ms. Stuart, not so much. I've been a patient here for 4 years, but after this appointment (first appointment with Ms. Stuart) I don't know if I'll be back."
"Update: Special shout out to Samantha Sanchez is AMAZING! She went above and beyond every single time to help me out, and she’s always sure to give me a call regarding test results and my children. Also Dr. Pawar and Okonkwo they are extra special. As a single mom of 4 kids they make it so easy for me navigating my kids health. Also An extra special shout out to Dr. Gulati. She is the most kind soul! She helps me every time I have any concerns with my health. She LISTENS! & that is an amazing trait. Thank you Ladies soo much. Highly do not recommend. The doctors are great. The front desk staff and receptionist are horrible!! It seems like they can’t do much of anything right. I called to ask for a refill on my sons asthma medication and had to wait A WEEK. Still I didn’t get a phone call or prescription. I had to call back after checking in once prior to get his prescription finally sent in. Turns out the front desk never assigned a doctor to the urgent message. EVERY TIME they say they will call you back after hearing from the provider they never do. I have spoke with the providers who say they have gotten messages back to the front desk promptly and they have never called to update me. These people drive me crazy! Fire them all and hire people who actual take peoples health seriously. Just disgusting behavior."
"I feel compelled to share my disappointment with Aldie/Chantilly Family Medicine. I called their office on a Saturday morning seeking a same-day appointment due to severe throat pain that caused me a sleepless night. But, shockingly enough, I was denied the appointment simply because I was not an established patient. The front desk staff informed me that same day apmt is only for their established patience, so, I would have to wait until Monday, leaving me frustrated and in disbelief. What a lack of empathy and lack of understanding displayed by the staff. As a patient experiencing significant pain and discomfort, I expected that I would be given an appointment since they did have same day appointments available. However, the front desk response was disheartening and left me feeling unheard. I believe that a medical facility should never discriminate between patients or downplay the severity of their symptoms. Pain is a subjective experience, and it is disheartening to encounter a situation where the importance of immediate medical attention is overlooked. I didn’t want to end up in urgent care as that would have cost me unnecessary bills that I could’ve avoided by seeing a family physician. It is disheartening to think that a family practice, which should be dedicated to the well-being of the patients, fell short in their obligation to provide timely and compassionate care to people in need. I hope that my feedback encourages Aldie/Chantilly Family Medicine to reevaluate their policies and approach to patient care. It should be crucial for them to recognize the importance of accommodating urgent cases, even for those who are not established patients. A little empathy and flexibility can go a long way in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of individuals seeking medical assistance. Overall, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of same-day appointment availability and the failure to understand my need of seeing a doctor immediately at this facility. I cannot recommend this practice to others who expect prompt and empathetic care."
"Would not recommend. They told me they called in my prescription three days ago, but, CVS tried calling the office and they refused to refill the prescription. When I contact them, they say that the problem is CVS and they actually called in the prescription three days ago. Yet, when the pharmacist called the doctor, the doctor stated that I didn’t need the medicine. This is literally a medicine used for digestive issues, irritable bowel syndrome, etc…not a controlled substance or anything, that I have been on for over three years. When I first met with the doctor, she reviewed everything with me including past surgeries and what medications I was currently on and stated that she would refill the prescriptions. I was just in the office a few weeks ago and no concerns were brought up about my current medications, yet Dr is now refusing to call them in, yet I am being told on the phone and in person that she is calling the prescriptions in. There really seems to be a problem with this medical practice and getting necessary prescriptions. I recently had a UTI and strep B infection and the Dr took days to call in the prescription and the really crazy thing is that when I went in to my OBGYN, they stated that the medication prescribed was incorrect."
