"When I arrived, I checked in and waited for about 3 minutes until the nurse called me. I had filled in all the required information before arriving. All the nurses and the doctors were very polite, nice, friendly, and professional. They explained what they were going to do next and answered all the questions I had. I'm surprised that this place has such a low rating. I couldn't ask for a better appointment."
"This is my final straw with this office. My child and I have been seeing a dermatologist for over a year now. Every. Single. Time. I walk through the door it’s an issue with the women at the front desk… this is NOT the department of motor vehicles. All their attitudes are nasty like I’m forced to be here… unlike the DMV. I have other options. On top of their disgusting attitudes, no greeting when you walk in, eyes rolling, hold on give me a second I’m doing something on the computer first. Mind you, there are 3 women and every one is so overwhelmed with their click clacking on the keyboards, you can’t politely greet a patient? Outside of COVID forms, they keep losing my consent and other forms that I continue to fill out every appointment. When I let them know I’ve filled this out before, the heavy set women says with an attitude, well according to our records , you haven’t… YES! I HAVE. Not to mention, one time I set an appointment before, they supposedly “called and left a message” and they cancelled my appointment . I received NONE of the sort. I showed up to my appointment look stupid. Yet, I still came in again. Silly on my part. I’m just fed up with these women at the front desk. Learn some customer service and etiquette. If you hate your job, work somewhere else."
"I had an appointment for June 1. I phoned central scheduling today to ask if there had been any cancellations which would allow me to get in a bit earlier. Much to my surprise, I learned that the appointment I had for June 1 had been cancelled. If I hadn't called today, I would have had no idea. When a physician cancels an entire day or more of appointments, is it too much to ask that patients affected by the cancellation be notified? There's always seems to be one thing or another with this place. My spouse (M LaPrairie) posted an earlier review about this office's inefficiency and utter lack of respect for patients."
"I've come to this location twice both times to have a suture removal. The nurse practitioners and medical assistants in the back are always nice and helpful. However, the ladies at the front desk could use a class on etiquette and hospitality. They are not warm or welcoming when you walk in and leave. No greetings, how may I help you, or thank you. They have major attitudes and the patients seem more like a bother to them than anything. If this office made some adjustments to their front office staff it would be a lot better and a more pleasant experience."
"I don’t write bad reviews but I feel obliged to warn others in this case. My appointment with the dermatologist was pleasant, but after that everything has been downhill. I have been unable to get my prescription because of admin incompetence at this office over the past 3 weeks. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get in touch with someone from this office to submit a pre authorization for my prescription. It took me calling multiple times a day for a week to even get someone who could help me on the phone. I was told they would complete my needed paper work a week and a half ago but when I called my insurance today they said nothing had been submitted. I am considering making a second appointment at another office just so that I can get the medicine I need. I am an understanding person but I really can’t fathom how this office can be run so poorly with disregard to their patients. It’s been incredibly frustrating and hope others don’t have to go through the same experience."
