"They rarely answers the phone and they do not call back if you leave a message. Anthony’s staff NEVER, EVER answers the phone. How hard is it to hire someone to answer the phone?! Seriously, I’ve called various times of the day and let it ring until the system cuts me off. The few times a be managed to be seen there the care was great but the wait was long (2 hrs past my appointment time.) I’m sure there are doctors just as good with more efficient or responsive staff. Ultimately I don’t recommend this practice."
"Nice Doctors but too busy of an office. Made an appointment and relayed my hand issue. After going through the usual mounds of paperwork, paying $75 and waiting forever, was told to see a Specialist. Very frustrating indeed."
"I had knee surgery back in October 2020 and everyone was kind and helpful. When my father-in-law came to visit us he was having knee pain due to arthritis. Dr. Kavanagh’s team was able to set him up with an appointment within 5 days & Dr.Kavanagh was able to help him get relief without surgery. From the front desk to the nurses and assistants to Dr. Kavanagh himself, my father-in-law felt that there was sincere concern for his health. My husband and I are forever thankful for making our extended family comfortable when far from their own home ."
