"AVOID USA VEIN CLINICS AT ALL COSTS. I’ve been a patient with USA Vein Clinics (previously Vein Clinics of America) for the past six years, and am deeply disappointed by the way I’ve been treated. I would not recommend anyone to turn to this “healthcare” company for help, as they certainly do not act in your best interest, and almost definitely act solely out of their own self interest (money). Avoid this place - go somewhere that cares about their patients. On January 12th, I was incorrectly charged a $75 no show fee after 1) specifically asking when making the appointment if there would be any cancellation fee and 2) having cancelled the appointment beforehand. For the past 5 months, I’ve been trying to contact USA Vein Clinics regarding this error and requesting a refund. And for the past five months, they have been dodging my emails and phone calls. Each time I called (at least a dozen times), I was told that the issue was being escalated and that I would hear back within a certain period of time. At first, I was told I’d hear back within 2-3 days. After not hearing back for a week, I called and was subsequently told that the situation was being escalated (again) and that I would hear back within “a week or so.” This scenario happened every single time I called. When I called on 3/2, the head of the billing department, Enrique, verified with the phone records that when I made the appointment, I was incorrectly told by the representative that there was no cancellation fee. He told me he would “further escalate” the issue and that I would hear back in a few weeks. I haven’t heard anything since. After six years of being a patient, I am deeply disappointed with the way that I’ve been treated by this company. Not only did they neglect to refund the amount that they wrongly charged to my credit card as a result of misinformation and poor training, but they’ve dodged every single one of my emails and phone calls and have offered no apology or compensation for their negligence or mistake. Unfortunately, after many years of being a loyal customer and offering numerous chances to correct this error, I will not be using services from USA Vein Clinics ever again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. 7/25/23 Update: Per Vein Clinic of America’s automatic reply to all of their negative reviews, I reached out to them via email (again) as they had requested me to. They promptly replied that they had looked into the issue and determined that I was rightfully charged a $75 no-show fee. This is despite the fact that the head of the billing department had previously confirmed that the representative had given me false information and that I was in fact unfairly charged. This company does not care about its customers or its corporate responsibility to them in the slightest. 9/21/23 Update: I thought I had rid myself of this company already, but today they sent me a bill of $230 for my last appointment with them, which was 11 months ago, and which I already for. I called their billing department, and was transferred to two representatives, and eventually their supervisor. Nobody knew why I was being charged, but also couldn't verify that I'd already paid, even though I have the receipts. The issue is being "escalated and I will hear back in 2-3 business days." This company is a plague."

"Dr. Saeed is very professional and an expert in his field, he discussed my case with me in details and answered all of my questions. The scheduling was a nightmare, the system of the new owner company is terrible, no coordination between the office, insurance office and the call center."

"Very bad experience with the schedule! They book appointment for my husband and other person at the same time 9:00a.m. Now it is 10:00a.m. And doctor did not see my husband yet! Such a waste time! Not recommended! Choose another location! Upd: they charged my husband for the visit, he spend 2hours at the clinic and he didn’t see the doctor."

"I just had my sclerotherapy treatment with Dr. Victor Yu, it was amazing visit. The staff are very friendly super nice and clean environment. They even check the veins that causing the problem to prevent the health issues in the future.. I will come back to get the procedure that he recommended.. I love the Vienna location in VA."
