"On Thursday, December 30, 2021, I requested an appointment for the following day. The time slot was available. The website said the company would reply. When they did not, I called the telephone number with no success. Later on the 31st, I drove over to see if the company was in business. I was unable to find any listing in the office building directory. As far as I can tell, this entity does not exist. I ended up going to another urgent care facility in the same building. This website should be fixed."
