"Appt time and place totally screwed up. Rec'd email for 2pm.consult. Morning of appt, nursing home advised PEG tube surgery at 8am! Rushed to hospital, then to Morgan bldg. Rick was not seen for consult or anything cuz he was on stretcher. Why didn't transfer to wheelchair? It's a hospital! Wasted time and money. Total confusion."

"I had such a great experience from the Registrar at the Gastroenterology Registration was outstanding. The MA Tia and NP Joann was they were amazing. Even Scheduler Fran was very efficient as far as scheduling me for my Colonoscopy. Excellent job!"
