"This place keeps calling me using someone else’s last name as a patient?"

"I am so thankful for Dr. Grasso and his front office coordinator, Yolanda. I was in severe 10/10 pain and felt hopeless that I had to wait a whole week to see a specialist to perform a hemorrhoid excision. I called this office on a whim (quite skeptical as well based on some of the reviews) to see when their next appointment was. Yolanda could tell how much pain I was in and her and Dr. Grasso worked to fit me into his hectic schedule. He saw me on the same day and scheduled my surgery for 2 days later as his last patient. I knew Dr. Grasso was going out of his way to fit me in and I am simply so appreciative. For those that say he is arrogant and rude, they are just wrong. He is a sweet little Italian man with classic Italian mannerisms. I asked a million and one questions and he answered every single one of them. He treated me with dignity and respect as I was so vulnerable during that procedure. For those that say he disregarded their pain with local anesthetics - those are always going to hurt and not his fault. Him and his team of assistants did a great job in keeping me calm and talking me through the whole process. Dr. Grasso went above and beyond to help me and I am simply so thankful. As a Doctor myself, I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Grasso. Please don’t be skewed from the negative reviews."
