"Had an old Landice for over 30 years, never had an issue. Purchased a new L7 and within one week it stopped working. They replaced a circuit board. Then within another 12 months same symptoms. Machine just shuts off in the middle of a run. Convenient for Landice now a few months beyond labor warranty. Clearly Landice quality no longer warrants the premium price its treadmills cost."

"Purchased an L7 treadmill and was happy until the motor went. No problem since the treadmill came with a lifetime warranty on parts. However the company does not stand behind their warranty and will not honor it. Also customer service has passed me around for almost 3 weeks before stating I have no coverage. Disappointing"
