"I was in so much pain, the M.A . Mahima and Leslie were so awesome. They were so attentive and caring. NP Nancy was amazing , she had a great bedside manner. She was very empathetic and very knowledgeable. She also provided me alternate methods for pain management. I was seen quickly 15 min wait time, very clean, up to date facility. I would recommend visiting this urgent care if you're in need of treatment in this area. As bad as I was feeling, the staff here made it a pleasant experience."

The PA, Brittany was exceptional. She was thoughtful, kind and helpful. She took time to answer my questions and she has a great bedside manner. "I would have put 5 stars before my last visit. Bad attitude from the nurse since I needed to be with my sick boy. All what I asked her was to stay with him during the visit. Doctor authorized me. I was always allowed for many years. In the room the nurse tells me to go somewhere else if you don't like it here. That was very rude and unprofessional. Clinic nor corporate office did nothing about that attitude. I will never be back unless I have nowhere to go."
