Not only do they clean the carpets very well but anything they find that needs repair they will call you and offer to do the repair explaining the cost and when the rug would be returned to you. "The rugs look great. The people who picked up & dropped off the rugs were very kind & lifted furniture to get the rugs out & back under the furniture. They lined up the under liners with the cleaned rugs. When they were picked up the one gentleman told me that I could wash the under liners in a front loading machine which I did & they cleaned up nicely. The people who both picked up & dropped off were friendly & very helpful. My friend had her rugs repaired. She was pleased with the helpfulness of the person that she spoke with before the rugs were repaired."
