When this place was owner by Zielke their customer service was outstanding and they were always willing to help and work with you. Now it seems like they do not care about their customers. Worse place to go in York County."

"I will NEVER deal with this company again. In March, 2015, I purchased and paid for a pair of Jobes compression socks at the Camp Hill, PA location(I was told by Hanger that my insurance would not cover them). In April, while checking my insurance account, I found that the insurance company also paid for them. After several weeks(and several unanswered and unreturned phone calls) I finally spoke to a customer service rep who promised me I would be receiving a refund shortly. After several more weeks(and more unreturned calls) the rep told me he had refer it to his supervisor. He promised me she would call me on the morning of Friday, September 4th. It is now Monday evening and I still have not received the call. I will be calling her tomorrow. If the issue is not settled then, I guess my next recourse is to contact the Better Business Bureau."
