I was so exhausted by these appointments but the staff here made the experience bearable. I will be forever grateful for the care I received here, thank you for taking care of me and my babies!"

"All the staff here are great, but the wait times are unbearable. An average wait time is at least 30 minutes, but I’ve waited up to and over an hour before being seen for my appointment. The management of appointment times is just unacceptable."

"I’m literally changing doctors because of this ghetto rude establishment the front desk girls are rude and incompetent this office makes you sit there for an hour before they actually take you to the back as if the parking at university isn’t ridiculously high I had poor experiences here 8 years ago with my first child now on baby number two it’s worse I will never go back to university hospital downtown location ever again !!!!"

"Very rude front office staff. They deny foster parents access to the office while their foster children are being seen. They also assign appointments without any input from the patient or the patient's caregiver. And appointments take a punitively long time if, heaven forbid, you dare to question any of the above."

"The doctors and ultrasound technicians are great. The people who work the front counter are like going to the DMV. Sitting around, playing on their phones while pregnant women who cant have their significant others with them wait to be checked in. Terrible Patient/Customer service."
