"Horrible front office service. I scheduled an appointment for Friday and I am in severe pain. I arrive at the office, and they said "oh no, your appointment is on Tuesday. I never said Friday". Given that I fly out to visit family on Monday for Christmas, there is NO WAY I would have accepted a Tuesday appointment!! Its very frustrating that not only did they mess up, but they lied about it and refuse to admit it. Now they want me to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment, and do not care that I am in pain. They will not try to squeeze me in, and just said that is all we have. No care, no concern."

"My experience as a new patient. I had an appointment for 9:30 - was there early to fill out paperwork and was let in the patient room right on time. After waiting for Dr. Ibrahim for nearly 40 minutes I decided to put my coat on and leave. If a patient is 15 minutes late, they get charged a fee. Make it make sense."

"I went based on the wonderful reviews, so I have to provide a review that is recent. My one appointment went well, with PA Anthony Rodrigues, did what I was instructed to do and when I needed the return appointment ... well that's where everything went downhill. I've call their office 2-3 times everyday for the past 4 weeks, sat on hold and no one (not once) have ever come on the line. Each wait I lasted 10 mins before hanging up. No one returned my call. Went online, requested an appointment, no response. How? Someone said, "well maybe they're busy". Ok, BUT call someone back! Let me know you're busy and can't see me for a month. I've been in pain for 6 months and it's been over a month of just waiting for a return call. Well, now I'm going elsewhere. Ridiculous!."

"I had never been to this practice before, and I saw the Physician’s Assistant Anthony Rodrigues for a knee injury. Anthony was professional and personable. He was able to have a very difficult conversation with me regarding weight loss while being compassionate and respectful, and treating me like a whole person. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the nurse who assisted with the appointment was wonderful (I apologize, I didn’t catch her name). Wait time was very short. Overall, the experience was extremely positive, and Anthony helped me come up with a workable treatment plan to address the injury. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, specifically Anthony Rodrigues."
