"I started attending this facility in the beginning of the year. At first it was easy appointments we’re scheduled no issues. Now that i had a 6 month follow up it has been horrible they never pick up calls or provide call backs to customers. Currently waiting on a doctors to provide feedback on my test results which may not be until 1-2 weeks. Its best to find another facility that can help in a timely manner."
"If you are a high risk patient, absolutely do NOT go here. This office caused me to be over a week late taking my medication that keeps my Crohns in remission because they weren’t able to complete a prior authorization within a MONTH when I requested it. As it got closer to when my medication was due, the hours I spent on the phone trying to get in touch with someone were completely unacceptable. Having worked in healthcare myself, there is no situation where a prior auth should take a month to complete. Additionally, during this time the office was closed due to no A/C for over a week. I’m sorry, get some portable fans or A/C units and get to work! Patients who see a specialist can’t afford for you to not respond for weeks on end. My most recent experience has been trying to get my records transferred to a new doctor and yet again, it’s been 3 weeks of me calling daily, leaving VM’s and requesting call backs, along with reaching out via email with ZERO response. It should be illegal to ignore your patients needs this way. If your office is too busy to handle the patient load they currently have, then STOP accepting new patients. Extremely thankful to not have to deal with this office moving forward."
"I am not sure of the level if care provided for my daughter but the customer service was a mess! The receptionist, I presume, repeatedly asked if I would be picking up my daughter in an hour from the office after doing her endoscopy . I responded yes three times. I get there in exactly in an hour after leaving work and receive a call that she would be 30 additional minutes. Clearly staff are not communicating in the same office. So not only was the first call condescending and borderline rude, I leave my place of employment and get here to wait."
"After 20 years of seeing Dr. Gill, I will have to get another gastroenterologist. At no fault of his own, but I would hope that he would be aware of how the office is run...I've tried for over 2 weeks to get an appointment. I waited on hold, left messages, tried the website contact....nothing. Absolutely no response. Reading the recent reviews, this has been going on for quite a while and there's been no resolution. Not sure how this practice stays in business?!"
"Called several times 3 days ago, early morning, always went to voicemail approximately after 10 min being on hold. Wanted to make an appointment, new patient, due to digestive issues that I have been experiencing for over 15 days. Left voicemail, hoping that I will receive a phone call. Nothing. My health problem is in their scope of work. They are either not accepting new patients, or their staff is not returning calls. I chose their practice based on their good reviews. Their doctors can be great, but if their staff can’t return phone calls - especially if their phone system is set up in a way that after being on hold for 10 minutes it automatically goes into voicemail - people will go look elsewhere and will share their negative experience. Made appointment at different practice."
