The staff is amazing and the same impression I have received in person carries over through phone conversations. I am so thankful that I decided to give them a real chance and not let one bad apple spoil this experience for my family. To anyone who may be looking for a place to go for help, I would highly encourage you to give Health Care Living at Lord Baltimore Dr a chance. I recommend them whenever I can. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the people who call you on the phone, to the doctors, the mentors, and the therapist are awesome! Everyone here works with you to assure that your family receives the quality of care that is needed. I wish every business operated in the same manner. To the Health Care Living staff, I want to apologize for not updating my review sooner. A bad review could equal disaster for a business, and I realize that. It was never my intention to cause any harm to this businesses reputation and I truly hope that did not happen. My initial review and one star rating was not a reflection of the business in its entirety nor in general, but rather of an unfortunate experience with one individual. "I didn't have a problem with the front desk employee, in fact she was probably the only competent employee I meant there. The girl who did my intake was rude and dismissive and trying to diagnose me and challenging my own diagnosis provided years ago. She was also laughing and was very bizarre. That should have warned me about the therapist I saw. He had an accent so thick you could not understand him, I received phone calls from a different number each time . After I stopped attending he even came to my door to try to get me to come back which I think is a gross violation of my privacy. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. ETA: After posting this I received a phone call from another gentleman at this company. I would really like to know how he got my phone number because if he looked in my private records that would be a gross HIPAA violation."
