"I'm unsure if this is the correct place to leave this review, or Sheppard Pratt, but either way. I wish I could give zero stars for the treatment I've received while dealing with NP John Spann. He was extremely condescending both times we spoke, and had the gall to ask me both times if I knew how to lose weight when I was visibly upset at the side effects of a medication being weight gain. I am a 28 year old Air Force veteran and I've taken multiple classes on nutrition and women's health. I know how to lose weight in a healthy way and unhealthy way, I do not need someone to mansplain to me and talk over me. "Is that juice I see you drinking then?" he asked me, as if that is the reason I struggled with my weight in the past year. Gaining 60 pounds in less than a year after 28 years of being in a healthy BMI does not stem from laziness, ignorance or drinking JUICE. Which FYI, I was sipping on half-caf coffee with non-fat oat milk. Even if I didn't have a history of ED, this is inappropriate behaviour from a medical professional. I also don't appreciate the response to my request to change providers by suggesting I need to face the "reality". The reality of the situation is we are in a global pandemic where our livelihoods have been destroyed, and EVERYONE has gained weight. Not to mention, I am struggling with my mental health and still recovering from long term effects of COVID as someone with a heart condition. If you have read this much, please consider going elsewhere, and if anyone from Mosaic is reading this, I appreciate the concern I have received from some of your staff. Thank you."

"The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and the administrator is just as bad she sees the patients as a pay check nothing more she was really rude. They dont care about your life, so if you have emergencies on the same day of your appointment in their eyes you better choose them or you will be kicked out the building. There are way more better places you can go for mental health services like "behavioral health services "and many more."
