They suggested I make another appointment WHAT is this about $$$.They take an oath This wrong and I feel I can't do anything about it.... On a mission"
"Negative star! I normally don’t write reviews , but my appt today was trash & previous ones with this Dr wasn’t satisfying… I’ve been going here since a baby , i even have my child here now & this place has gone down hill tremendously … Dr.Isles is probably the only good Dr left at this facility … Dr.Cuishard Gibson is the worst , she doesn’t have a care for her patients , there’s always a long wait time to see her , than you left in the room for a 1+hr til she see you for 5 mins & tries to rush back out the door , instead of reading the chart first she asks why am i here .. i tried to give the benefit of the doubt b/c i know they lost a few doctors & figured she started taking on more patients but that’s no excuse, if you can’t handle the work load don’t pick it up !!! She don’t care about her patients at all! My mom just started going to her b/c Dr.Carr passed away & my mom hated her first visit . Currently looking for a better clinic & primary care doctor ."
"Their call center is the most inept facility I have ever dealt with in my entire 73 years. Just my latest experience, one of many: I’ve called four times in three weeks to get a prescription refill for diabetic supplies for my husband, even though his doctor was supposed to send in the refill when he had his virtual appointment last month and she didn’t do it. The first two times, I was told someone would call me within 48 hours. No one called, and there were no entries in the system for any of the previous calls. The 3rd time, I was told the request was in process. I waited two days and called back. The person didn’t even check the system; he supposedly transferred me to the complaint department. My call went directly to voicemail and no one returned my call. I decided to go directly to the clinic today. The person at the front desk said she didn’t see any entries in his file. She gave him a virtual appointment for tomorrow to request the refill he should have gotten at his last appointment. I am beyond disappointed and angry at the lack of customer service and the outright lies they tell at the call center. We will be changing our provider. I forgot to mention that I was on hold for at least 30 minutes each time I called."
"Check in staffs were nice but has the worst waiting time in the USA. I recently had an appointment for my kid and we went 30 minutes prior to the appointment so we can do the paperwork. They took us in the room within 10 minutes and we waiting for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes in the room. NO ONE came to check on us and we just left. They do not respect our time. If they can't respect the appointment time than why make an appointment? BMS needs to change their system to first come first serve base and people would happily wait hours on this system."
"My prescription was about to run out so I submitted a request through the pharmacy to contact my doctor for a refill. I had an appointment coming up but my pills would run out before that. Needless to say it was not approved by Dr. Carissa Gibson who I've seen a few times already last year. On top of that my appointment was canceled and when attempting to get another there wasn't any available for 3 months. At this point I decided to go with another doctor just to get my prescription and still had to wait another month to be seen. I'm searching for another facility because it doesn't seem like she cares too much about her patients. What's crazy is she makes you wait long periods of time before being seen and rushes once she's there. I had many concerns about my health and she basically brushed it off as if they weren't important. I'm over 40 and certain things needed to be discussed but Dr. Carissa Gibson is too busy to listen. I felt like I was mainly there so they could charge my insurance, the care or concern was subpar. Many years ago I went there to another Dr. Gibson, and HE was great which is who I thought I was getting when the representative told me Dr. Gibson was available, I was disappointed when it wasn't but decided to give it a chance which proved to be a huge mistake. Try anybody else because this new Dr. Gibson does not care."
