You are greeted when you walk in by the OWNER himself "Mitch" and he explains the whole process of what they are doing to your hair. The beautiful ladies that wash, condition, Carmel treatment, blow dry, etc....are also very knowledgeable and professional. They also offer beverages and snacks as well. My barber/stylist Mitch which I had twice, I had an appointment and I felt like I was talking to my brother, uncle etc.....absolutely love dude. After getting up from his chair I felt like I could do a hair commercial. It's a beautiful thing to see beautiful Queens and Kings operating a business and offering exceptional service.
