"I have never had a problem here. I started seeing Dr Robinson at this facility because Security Medical Clinic became a freaking messy place to go. Dr R retired, I stayed and seen Dr Heleski, she retired, so I saw Nurse Furr (the BEST). Loved her. But now she has left. For anyone looking for nice staff, not long wait times, please visit Hunt Valley location. But by all means, avoid White Marsh- rude "people" and very unprofessional! And avoid the one near Security Mall also. I don't know what happened there but they are rude af now also. Just read the reviews! We do NOT have to take any of this!! These "people" went to school , probable for free, got an education but do not really want to work!! Why are there no white people working these clinics? Why no latinos or asians? You see what happens when standards are lowered and kids are pushed thru the system. You get "people" like these rude mfrs for hiring! They get no reprimands, no firing?? Ridiculous that sick, anxious, nervous people come to see the Dr, and the doctors staff is like a visit in a penitentiary!!!!! Find out who is in charge of LIFEBRIDGE, get these offices closed down and staffs gone! They do not belong in medical fields!"

"Myeisha Furr NP is an amazing provider. She values your input and you feel like partners versus a number. She is thorough and looks at your wellness through the lens as a whole person. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!"

"No one every answers the phone. I've been a patient here for less than a year and I've tried to call the office 4-5 times for a referral request or to make an appointment and I've literally had to drive over to the office to be able to talk with someone. I've waited on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes. It's completely ridiculous."

"I have had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience at Potomac Physicians! I find Lucy Tong to be incredibly condescending and basically unfit to be in the medical field. She comes across as completely judgemental when asking personal questions relating to my medical history and I have even heard her talking about me with other staff. She is also horrible at refill requests, so if you need a prescription don’t even bother asking. She made me come in every single time I needed a refill even though I have been taking both the medications I needed refilled for years (one of which being birth control which put me at risk for pregnancy). As for the receptionists, I’ve found them to be completely unhelpful and oftentimes rude. Whenever I call I am usually put on hold for a solid 20-25 minutes and then when one of the receptionists finally answers it’s like I’m wasting their time. If you want good medical care, please go elsewhere. You won’t find it here."

"As a Potomac Physicians Patient for the last 10 years, I can say, without a doubt, this location is the worst. I will say it's in a great location, and always seems to have last minute appointment slots, which is nice when you're not feeling well and need to see someone quickly, but I'm now starting to understand why they are always so "open"- their service is terrible. It is nearly impossible to have doctors or nurse practitioners call you back in reference to medicine concerns, lab results or prescription needs. The office staff even remarks "oh they still haven't called you" when you call to leave another message for your provider. I've been to much busier locations throughout the years, Bel Air Potomac Physicians specifically, and I never have an issue with provider-patient communication like I have consistently had here. Its extremely disappointing as this office has the potential to be better."
