"EVERYONE is so nice here. They make coming to the health center a delight - so friendly and comforting!"
"The Towson Health Center staff is amazing. They treat each student with care and they have a good follow up time. The staff has been a great support when I was getting my allergy shots and overall I would recommend any Towson Student to take use of the health center."
"I really hate to call people out (especially doctors because I know they are doing the best they can), but Suzanne Caccamese saw me for a medical issue I was having, misdiagnosed me with something she believed I had, and told me I was likely having a medical emergency. I then went to the emergency room where I waited 7 hours to get told I wasted my time for a minor medical concern (and thousands of dollars in medical bills which I am still paying off) and that had the doctor I'd seen (Suzanne) done a more thorough examination (and perhaps replaced their thermometers because I actually did not have a fever when I got checked at the ER) I would not have had to go to the emergency room. The saddest parts: I told her what I thought the issue was (and turns out the ER doctor correctly diagnosed me with exactly that). Suzanne also consulted with another doctor on my issue and they seemed to incorrectly agree I should go to the ER. I know misdiagnoses can happen sometimes, especially when physicians are inexperienced or overconfident, but this misdiagnosis cost me relentless medical bills as a college student who is already struggling financially and has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety."
"Doctor was nice and kind and knew exactly how to assist me. Receptionist needs an attitude check, especially in a place where people are Ill and already don't want to be there. They made it seem as if I was guilty for even booking the appointment and having to see the doctor in the first place."
"I have been to the health center so many times over the last 4 years and they are terrible every time. Reception is always super nice but you can’t tell the doctors hate their jobs. They’re unwilling to help and are very judgmental, which is nothing I like in a doctor. I don’t feel comfortable coming but it’s the only place around that takes my insurance. I have had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment times because they are extremely disorganized. If at all possible fine another doctor to go to!"
