Reviews
"Changing my review after my former issues with reception were heard out. Dr. Zelnik is great and is the reason I’d stuck with the practice despite certain headaches. Personable and responsive, manages to make the uncomfortable process comfortable."
"I come here for my OBGYN she is AMAZING. The MA's are also very friendly and welcoming. Now, for the staff out front, they need a lot of education on how to communicate with patients while working in the medical field. They are cold and lack any emotion when greeting you or answering the phones, almost like they don't want to be there. When you walk in you are expected to check yourself in which is frustrating. View it kind of like a self check out. Also, if they are open until 4, the messaging system shouldn't be turned on until 4. Instead they turn the messaging system on at 3:30."
"Was HIGHLY recommended to use Capitol Womens Care Bel Air. The front desk staff are the main reason why I would opt to go elsewhere. Heading over to the reviews I quickly noticed that that was almost everyone’s judgement. Front staff are imperative to running a great business. *so are reviews* Falling short is an understatement."
"I got a voice message that I was due for my annual exam. When I called them back to schedule an appointment, not only the staff was rude and arrogant but also I was told that my doctor was not available until January. I called in early September! I said that this is 4 months away and asked if I can schedule with another doctor. I was told that they don't let the patients do that. So, they're forcing me to see the doctor whoever delivered my recent child (which was 8 years ago) and do not accommodate for scheduling conflicts. People get cancer & die in 4 months!! The fact that the front desk staff is so arrogant, insensitive and plain rude as if they don't care losing patients, it made me consider finding other providers. In fact, when I mentioned that on the call, the staff just responded with an "okay"! It's clear that either they need to change their policies (or change their front desk staff) or continue loosing patients/ business!!"
"Called about a refill on my medication and the front desk immediately took a rude tone with me. I cannot support a clinic that wants to gatekeep healthcare behind unnecessary appointments, especially when they bill me for "outpatient care" that costs over $200 out of pocket each visit. Healthcare should be about compassion, not extorting patients. It was actually cheaper to just pay out of pocket for a 6 month supply of my life-saving medication through PP than to have an in-office visit here. I will be seeking a new doctor."
