"Not sure who was working this morning but the girl at the front desk was extremely rude, demanding us to put masks on even though she wasn’t wearing one at all and got extremely annoyed when we asked why we needed one but she did not. Was talking bad about us to all the other people working there. Extremely unprofessional and needs her services terminated. I attached a photo of the extremely unprofessional and rudest person I’ve encountered."

"Easily made a reservation online, when I came in there was only one other patient ahead of me. Chiva was friendly and quick to check me in. Paul was courteous and attentive. He checked in to let me know he had a procedure and apologized that it may take a bit. After he was done he popped back in again to say he would be in to see me in just a few moments. From start to finish, I was there less than 30-45 minutes."

"Professional, courteous, efficient. Good visit. It’s a tough gig dealing with the public. Everyone did well under pressure. In general people could learn to emphasize friendliness and smile more. Room for improvement. I’d give 4.5 or 4.6 if possible. Which is excellent."

I took my son to them the night before Thanksgiving and all 3 staff people quickly did everything they could to get us checked in, examined and diagnosed. They were all so kind, caring and professional! It’s never fun going to an urgent care but this facility was wonderful!"

She was very kind and thorough, she listened in depth to all my symptoms and treated me quickly. Was in and out in 45 minutes to an hour. Very pleased with the office, employees and my experience. Will definitely go back to them if need be. YOU GUYS ROCK!!"
