"I have been there several times for my teenage son & myself. Each time the staff is courteous and has been very upfront about the amount of wait time. The diagnoses that we have received in multiple occasions were accurate with what our PCP concluded, as well. Staff have always been so nice to us and helpful with any follow up questions about continued care."

"Today was my second experience at this location. Both of my children have been seen here and were well taken care of. The staff, nurses and doctors were all extremely nice, helpful and attentive. When our pediatrician doesn’t have openings for a sick visit this urgent care is the only place I’ll bring them. Thank you!"

"The staff and doctors here are mediocre at best. Every single person in front of me this morning got ushered back to a room immediately while I had to wait in the waiting room 20 minutes while everyone glared at me because I was coughing with a mask on. The doctor I saw had zero bedside manner and wanted to rush through gathering info about my symptoms. I told him I was pretty sure I had COVID. He told me he thought it was just a viral infection, like an upper respiratory infection. I’m giving this review one star because he did agree to give me the COVID PCR test that I had to ASK for. Turns out, the test came back positive! I am extremely ill and didn’t appreciate his condescending nature. My PCP had no availability to see me today, and I didn’t want to go to the hospital, which is how I ended up at Urgent Care. If you go here, don’t expect for your concerns to be taken seriously or to be treated by staff who actually care."

"I have been vomiting for 4 days, so I decided to go get checked out here on my lunch break. With my only symptoms being constant vomiting, it's such a broad spectrum of what could be the cause. However, instead of just dismissing it as a "stomach bug" and sending me home and collecting my copay for the visit (as most urgent care would do) the nurse practitioner Natalie Preston ran multiple tests and really went above and beyond to help me figure out what's going on. Despite the fact that there were many other patients, they didn't push me out the door to turn over the room. Her and Nikki worked so quickly and professionally together to get all the tests ran and as much info from me as they could to help me get better before I left so I wouldn't end up in the ER later. I can't thank them enough for being such a great team! From the front desk to the back end, I had a really great experience and would highly recommend this office."
