"i would honestly love to give them zero stars. i paid for a package deal as did many others and was not responded to after my money was taken and i was unable to book a ride. their website doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. i would recommend finding an alternative such as bayrunner or amtrack."

"I started taking College Shuttles during my junior year of college. Back then, it was always a pain trying to book a ride. The website was shabby, but I was always able to contact an associate to book a ride for me. It is a legit company, or at least they were. At the beginning of the fall semester, I went onto College Shuttle's "newly designed" website to pay for the Triple Play (two weekend trips and a holiday break). It was a pain to navigate since some buttons wouldn't work, but it was nothing I wasn't already used to. I paid $205 and then proceeded to try to book a ride. I couldn't do it (as usual) so I tried to contact an associate for help. For a couple of weeks, I attempted calling multiple phone numbers, DMing the company on both Facebook and the shabby website, emailing, and even asking people at both my school and Frostburg state - but nobody could tell me why this company was suddenly unresponsive after I already paid $205. Since then, I've disputed the payment with my bank and they gave me a temporary credit. I would hold off on trying to use this service until they release a statement saying what's been going on."

"I was a employee of college shuttles. Their payroll system is awful. I separated from the company in April. I was told my final check would be mailed to me. I'm still waiting on that check. I had to file a wage and hour complaint with EEOC. the equipment is pathetic. Drive with one headlight. One of the buses don't go into Park. These buses shouldn't be on the road. Stay away from employment from college shuttles."

"Bus arrived at Diehl hall at 5! Then the bus they hired to get us couldn't even drive uphill. He would get into the far right lane every time we were going uphill. This shuttle is ratchet. The only good thing about it is that it's the only service that picks you up directly from your school."

"Shuttle bus makes a 30 minute loop of campus Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30 then makes an hour loop until 10:30. Free for students attending FSU."
