"The people at Vita Nova are just terrific. I get the 4-hour ketamine infusions for pain management; in the past, when I've gone to a new ketamine clinic for the first time, the unfamiliarity sometimes really derailed the whole session. Well, the staff at Vita Nova somehow found a way, just by being themselves, to make the whole experience run smoothly. It has also been a pleasure to interact with Yvonne at the front desk - as the first person a client will see upon walking into the facility, she has a knack for putting people at ease (for example, Yvonne lightens up my OWN mood when I enter Vita Nova. She is also diligent about following up with clients and does what she says she is going to do (for example, if you had an infusion, she will likely tell you that she will "call you tmrw" to check in on after you've had your infusion ... well, she absolutely makes those calls and does what she says she'll do. Finally, Dr. Joshi - I liked him the first time I met him. Unlike other clinics I've been to in the past, he was very methodical about figuring out the correct dosage, going as far as calling previous providers so that another medical professional could confirm or clarify the dosages I told him I had been given."
