Dr John Lee is kind of like a star, he may be hard to reach sometimes and a little bit of a way but is worth it."

"I really feel bad for anyone who is a patient here . Front desk is incredibly rude , doctors do not care about their patients . Nobody here cares about your well being trust me. Find somewhere else to go that actually cares about you as a doctor should . I am telling you now do not even waste your time or money here . I used to be a patient years ago and stopped because of all the issues i see people still complaining about . My family members still go here and everytime they leave there it’s one issue after the next . I couldn’t be any happier with my new dr that I found and the front desk people are great. This place is wack a doodle for real. I just feel so bad for the people going here . Some examples are my spouse came for pre op and was also due for her refill of bp meds and her dr she had been seeing for like 10 years refused to refill her med at that appointment and made her schedule another appointment just for the refill script all to get that last $ it’s truly sad how little they care as healthcare workers . Today they scheduled her for pre op which includes blood work obviously they know this. They took her back to be checked out then when finished told her the person who does blood would be back from break in a little over an hour . Ok 1) why would you schedule someone who needs blood work during that time then? 2) why would you not tell your patient to get blood work done prior to being taken back if you knew the lab lady’s break was coming up? This is what I mean they do not care . So now my wife will need to come back again for blood work when this was part of what her appointment was that they had already scheduled her for. Terrible terrible business ."

"i will probably be looking for another primary provider, since this one writes for small quantities of medications and do not refill them on time when your pharmacy call for refill. these are common non-narcotics meds. and phone wait times for me to follow up on them to do there job is way too long. good bye mace medical."
