"STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely horrible place. I had my first session 3 weeks ago since then I have not had another. Why? My therapist, Ann, cancelled our appointment 4 hours before by automated message and here we are OVER A WEEK later and I still have not been contacted for a reschedule. I have reached out myself now 4 times. Still nothing. They’re clearly in it for the money and don’t care about you at all."
"My experience with Aspire began in January 2021 for my brother Christopher Stumpo who was born with Downs Syndrome and I am his legal guardian. Chris has lived with me since July 2012. Since we started with Aspire in January 2021, Christopher's therapist has been Jenn Hermann. She has been simply AMAZING in treating Chris and has always gone above and beyond to accommodate and help Chris and I in ANY WAY POSSIBLE. Just today Jenn took it upon herself to ask the our nurse practitioner to move our next appointment up to tomorrow after meeting Chris and I today and seeing and hearing that we needed the appointment sooner than 6/30/23 as previously scheduled for medication reasons. Jenn calls Chris and I brothers and we call her sister and she is family to us. WE LOVE JENN!!!!! Words would not do it justice for how Jenn cares about Chris and her actions have supported her genuine care for Chris since we met her. Jenn has always made Chris and I feel special and not in any way just another time slot for an appointment or just seeing Chris as just another client or patient!!!!!! Jenn's human touch is INFALLIBLE and Chris and I continue to be the beneficiary of the special bond and care we have developed with such a wonderful person who cares deeply about Chris and the service she provides for individuals and their mental health needs. Jenn has always made sure that we have the appropriate nurse practitioner for Chris' medication needs and currently we work with Melissa Glee who genuinely cares for Chris and goes above and beyond like Jenn to make sure Chris' medication needs are ALWAYS met. Jenn also introduced me to Nancy the medicine representative or liason for the nurse practitioner. Nancy is equally incredible at her job as is Jenn and Melissa. Nancy goes above and beyond for Chris and all 3 of these ladies make Chris and I feel special for their incredible treatment for Chris' needs. As Chris' legal guardian, I am humbly grateful for this AMAZING DREAM TEAM of JENN, MELISSA, AND NANCY!!!!! Chris and I continue to be the beneficiaries of the special care that these 3 ladies continue to provide us each and every day!!!!!!!!! In closing, as an American who realizes currently how the American workforce is severely lacking and exhibiting almost no work ethic, Jenn, Melissa, and Nancy are models of what work ethic and the passion for doing a great job and going above and beyond should look like. As a result, if more of our workforce followed the model set forth by these 3 ladies, our country would be in much better hands!!!!! I THANK THE GOOD LORD EVERY DAY FOR JENN, MELISSA, AND NANCY!!!!!!"
"My daughter was referred to go here by her social worker. The social worker spoke directly to the intake team, and they were expecting my call to set up an appointment. When I contacted the office I was told that private insurance was not accepted, nor would they even give me any appointment times (as a self pay patient). They understood the need for the appointment, but stated that none of the providers on staff have credentials through insurance companies. So I'm not sure if it's that they don't have enough providers to accept new patients or if it's that they will only help state insurance.... Quotes below from their email to me. "we understand that she needs to be seen right away. We just do not have the capacity at the moment" " currently do not have any therapists that are credentialed with private insurances" "we do not have openings at this time""
"The only positive experience I've had was my therapist, Ashley. She's an absolute gem. Aspire matched me with her first try and I really appreciate her advice and commitment to her patients. She's been helpful 100% of the way and I highly recommend her. However, Aspire as a wellness practice itself is disorganized. I convinced my partner to sign up for therapy through Aspire and they were 0 help. At first they made him wait a few months before actually getting to speak with anyone, which was fine because he was patient and looking forward to receive help in a positive environment. He finally got in to see a therapist and she wasn't even licensed. She was an intern and told him straight up that she wouldn't be sticking with him throughout his therapy journey. Whats the point of that? There was no critical feedback and he felt he wasn't being heard. When he reported this to Aspire they attempted to set him up with a different therapist. He tried giving it a second chance but then that appointment was canceled and moved to a different date he couldn't take off. They called him constantly even though he said he was done with Aspire and no longer wants to be a patient there. They still call him for appointments. I've been trying to call Aspire for my own personal appointments but NOBODY answers the phones there. I leave messages but nobody calls me back."
