"Scheduled an appointment for 12:30 p.m. I scheduled it for this time to avoid missing any work. Arrived 20 minutes early with 3 people in the waiting room. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I am still in the waiting room."
"The receptionist was very patient and helpful. My mother has dementia. A long wait is hard for her. I was grateful that she was seen quickly. The nurse was kind to Mom and knew to ask questions slowly. The doctor was very thorough and listened to our concerns. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Express Care"
"Absolutely the best experience we could have had from checking in the to front end ladies were both professional and friendly definitely a asset to the company and deserve a raise. The nursing staff were patient and friendly with my mom again a pleasant experience as was the doctor who took time to explain her findings and reasons for my mothers treatment"
"I don't know why I bother to go to any Express Care. They never seem to get the diagnosis right. I came in because my left eye was swollen and wouldn't open. I had no discharge, my eyeball wasn't red, it wasn't itchy, nor did it hurt at all. I just woke up and couldn't open my left eyelid. The doctor shined a light in my eye and immediately said it was an infection and he prescribed an eye ointment. It didn't seem like it was an infection, but who am I to argue, I didn't go to medical school. Fast forward 2 days and it was not getting better. No change. So I decide to go to Patient First. I explained what happened at express care and the ointment that was given to me. They kinda chuckled saying I had no infection they could see. Doctor came in and did some basic tests like follow her finger, raise my eyebrows and smile. She notice the whole left side of my face was a little droopy. She then informed me it was Bell Palsy! She prescribed Steriods and an antiviral medicine. Only 4 hours after taking the meds and my eye is starting to open!!! I should have went to Patient First in the beginning."
"Went there because I felt it was important to see someone and I couldn't get in to my provider. The staff was very helpful and the doctor I saw was just wonderful. Not sure if this is the correct way to spell it but it was pronounced Ovi? He took his time with me and we had an extended conversation along with my visit which was so informative to me! Cannot thank him enough! And, I might add that it was a pleasant atmosphere as well. Thanks to all."
