"Excellent pediatric urgent care! The wait was short, the staff was all extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with our son. They were also very thorough. Dr. Lennox is incredible, and Dartrell the medical assistant was also excellent. Thank you and God Bless you all!!!"

"Do not waste your time here. 35 minutes past our appointment time, and hours before the posted closing time, we overheard the receptioniststelling other patients they should leave and go elsewhere if they expect to be seen this evening. The facilities are extremely rundown, dirty, and shabby. Someone left a disgusting mess in the bathroom that went unaddressed even after I brought it to the attention of staff members. We gave this place a try, thinking it was better than the ER for a sick child. We were wrong. Literally anywhere is better than this joke of an urgent care."

"The service was quick and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately they can’t seem to figure out how to bill our insurance. We’ve been trying to work with them to help them properly bill the claim. I’m not sure what the deal is and now because they can’t figure it out they are going to take money out of my bank account. I’m hoping by writing this review someone will contact me so the claim and finally be properly billed. I went to the facility in person to resolve this. I’ve emailed them and called them. This has been a nightmare"

"Been here multiple times and I make an appointment every time, pre-fill all forms before arrival and check in 10 minutes early. You can do all of this and won’t see a doctor for another 2 hours later and with a crying sick toddler, it’s really frustrating. They do not value others time nor care if a child is miserably crying due to sitting in an enclosed hot small room for 45 minutes with a overstimulated mother trying to soothe their child."

"I can’t recommend this place enough! We were in the area when we had to bring my son in for an emergency visit. The receptionist is absolutely exceptional! She helped keep us all in good spirits and gave my son a popsicle, snacks, a coloring page and stickers. She was hands down the nicest receptionist I have ever encountered in a health care setting. We did not have to wait long either and the doctor was great at explaining what was going on with my son and what she was going to do. My son never likes doctor visits and he actually ran back to the room when we were trying to leave! I am so happy that we ended up at this office!"
