"I ordered and paid for a costume on Nov. 5th. The costume was in stock and should have arrived by Nov. 19th. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to get someone in customer service to tell me why I have not yet received the costume that is paid for, in que in shipping and have not received the costume that is to be worn on Dec. 7th. I was told a supervisor would call me with 30 minutes and have heard from no one! Guess we will be rethinking future team purchases."

After my recent experience with them, it's safe to say I will never order from them again. With my show date quickly approaching, I have several costumes that need to be exchanged for another size. Over the last two weeks, I have spent over 4 hours on hold, left multiple messages, emailed multiple times. I have not gotten a response.
