"I give 5 stars because of Kelly the NP. She is fabulous. She is always on time, listens, organized, knows what she is talking about, nice and personable and really cares about her patients. Turnover is very high there. Every appt I pray that Kelly will still be there. I hope Dr. Arene appreciates Kelly because she is by far the best NP or PA that has ever worked there. Shawn was nice but I only dealt with him over the phone during Covid. One PA a few years ago was an absolute nightmare. Kept screwing up orders and was so judgmental. I’m not one to complain about workers anywhere because things happen, people make mistakes, people have bad days etc but she was horrible."
"Dr. Arene and Kelly are the best. They are both great doctors and helped my fiance so much. Dr. Arene's secretary Nav is always very helping. My fiance gets borox and always had issues until nav took over and made sure the issue was resolved . The new front desk girl katie is very nice, we finally feel welcomed in this office as she always smiles and greets you. Love coming here."
