"I recently visited Express Care with my daughter after a long day at work, hoping to receive prompt medical assistance for her illness. Unfortunately, our experience left us frustrated and upset. We arrived at 8:35 pm, the only patients at that time, seeking urgent care for my sick daughter. To our surprise, we were informed that a new policy required appointments after 8:30PM, and despite being the sole individuals seeking assistance, we were turned away. The facility was not crowded, and no other patients were present. This incident has left me with the impression that Express Care prioritizes policies over the well-being of patients, ultimately demonstrating a lack of genuine concern for people in need. The refusal of service, especially in an urgent situation, reflects poorly on the clinic's commitment to providing essential healthcare. It is disheartening to think that such policies may be driven more by financial considerations than a dedication to serving the community."

"Where’s the negative ⭐️ button?? Went there tonight with my fiancé after slicing my finger pretty good at home prepping dinner. Walked in at 8:35pm. Didn’t even get all the way in the door and the trashy front desk girl is asking if I have an online reservation. I say no this just happened. She rudely and dismissively says “well we don’t take walk ins after 8:30 pm”. (They close at 9). Meanwhile there’s not one friggin patient in there! I was like it’s only 8:35 and I’m bleeding here and she just couldn’t care less and repeated her rude and dismissive statement of they don’t take walk ins after 8:30pm. As a business owner myself I was almost embarrassed for that company. Absolute garbage, she’s obviously not in the industry of caring for people to actually care for them…she’s just trying to collect a paycheck and didn’t want to risk getting off a couple minutes late. Unbelievable. Stay away from that place, there’s much better options nearby unfortunately they were closed at 8. This place was open til 9, or let’s just say 8:30. Karma is a *%#$ #whitetrash"

"If I could give you zero stars, I would. I asked the front desk if it was a long wait they said nope not at all you’re going to be next a whole hour passes and they say you’re gonna be up next to the lady came and got me and then I get to the room and she said it could be up to another hour after being number one in line . So i left. Front stuff was terrible, communicating and just talking the whole time"

"0 stars. Made an apt for 1040 online on their express pass and sat in waiting room for an hour and a half while 2 front desk girls chatted about their lives. I don't think they did 5 minutes of work the entire wait. Then once in the room I waited another 30 minutes for the actual doctor to come in while listening to the back staff trying for 30 minutes to figure out what they were eating for lunch. The doctor spent 2 minutes in the room and then I never saw her again. So my 1040 apt turned into 3 hours to see a doctor for 2 minutes. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional."

"Everyone was very helpful and I knew I was in good hands the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk answered any questions or concerns I had regarding my insurance and how it would apply. The nurse and doctor were very informative and explained each step of the processes they took to diagnose what illness i acquired. I highly recommend ExpressCare to anyone who would like the best health treatment around! If anything happens, like a sickness or an injury, I will definitely be coming back! I want to thank the employees so much for all that they do and I really appreciate all that they have done for me to make my visit exceptional. 10 out of 10! I definitely would recommend!"
