"Great experience with the Canton location in Baltimore and Dr. Captain. Easy to book online, got in to see the Dr. same day as I decided to book an appointment and only spent like 5 minutes in the waiting room. I read some of the other reviews and I think if you follow the instructions and book online and upload your documents then their system works well. Can't vouch for the wait time if you choose to walk in. Everyone there was nice and I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Captain. It's kind of rare to see an MD at a random urgent care visit which was also nice but this seems more like a primary care office with urgent care type hours and online booking. Anyway I don't usually leave reviews but this was a really nice experience and they also helped me figure out a very painful issue I was experiencing which I am quite grateful for!"

"I can't believe I found this place. For some reason it never turned up on Google maps for me before yesterday. The staff was professional and kind. As a walk in I only waited 15 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor was a very experienced actual MD. Literally I'm shocked. I pray she stays there!! I got exactly the antibiotics and cough med I needed and already feeling a little better. 10 stars!!!!"

"My first visit but receptionists are very friendly and professional and Dr. Casey Johnson seems very knowledgeable and professional. Most of the visit was pleasant. My visual appt. with Dr. Jill Captain on a later date went well. She gave me good explanations and instructions and I feel confident having her as an MD overseeing my health."

"I was extremely pleased with the short wait time as a walk in. The doctor was very thorough and really listened to my symptoms. She made a treatment plan as well as a follow up plan with me. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I appreciated being treated like a paying patient rather than just trying to get someone in and out which I have found with other urgent cares. I deducted a star as the self check in was not only very lengthy but I was on the verge of passing out, had a high fever, trouble breathing and the last thing I felt like doing was a 15 minute check in taking photos of my ID, insurance card, answering family history medical questions, etc. I had almost completed the check in when my phone closed the browser and I quite literally collapsed from the lack of energy and the thought of doing it again. Without the self check in I would’ve given it five stars."
