Mosaic Community Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation, located at 20 Winters Lane in Catonsville, Maryland, offers intensive programs designed to help clients with serious mental illness reach a higher level of independence and meet personal goals. Accredited by CARF and approved by the Maryland Department of Health, our programs provide individualized services to promote recovery and independence.

Our psychiatric day programs for adults focus on helping individuals successfully manage symptoms and develop independent living skills. Clients receive daily support and resources to enhance their skills and promote recovery. In the evenings, clients return home to practice the skills they have learned during the day.

Sheppard Pratt's psychiatric rehabilitation programs offer a range of services to support individuals with mental illness. Our programs emphasize evidence-based interventions and best practices to help clients achieve independence and manage their illness effectively.

In addition to adult programs, we also offer a Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program for young adults ages 18 to 25 with psychiatric diagnoses. TAY provides structured activities in a group setting, with a focus on age-appropriate interventions and skill development.
