Concentra Urgent Care

"Building freezing. Front desk staff rude, unprofessional, and dismissive as if my asking simple questions about their procedures and process was bothering them. Medical Assistant that took me in the back, vitals and everything else was off so my doctor took me back out in redid everything again and got different numbers. You can make critical mistakes like that when it comes to DOT physicals. The BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. The room I was bought in was dirty and the medical assistant didn't wipe anything down. I could say more but I won't. The only good part about my visit was the medical director completed my physical and she was so nice and awesome. I will never go to that location again. I'll go back to BWI location. I'll drive a little bit further for a better experience, cleanliness, and professionalism."

"The staff was welcoming and professional. This office usually has a large intake. Average wait time was about 10-15 munites and once in specimen collection, it's all done within 5 minutes."

"I have dealt extensively with Concentra because I am a travel healthcare worker and need preemployment services at least a few times a year. I have never been treated so rudely and so consistently badly at any healthcare facility, let alone another Concentra. It's just the female front desk staff that is the problem. Clinicians are fine, male front desk staff is very good. Female front desk staff is consistently rude and inappropriate. Today she hung up on me twice while I was trying to reschedule my appointment. Rude/ghetto/entitled attitude every single time. I'll never be back."

"Staff was friendly. I gave 2 stars because, unfortunately, on my visit there was only 1 doctor on duty. It took 4 hours for a drug test and physical. Dr. Dorsey was very engaging and attentive despite the situation she had to deal with. I applaud her, and the staffs, professionalism (I'd give them 4 stars). Furthermore, I hope the clinic is better prepared, doctor wise, during future holiday seasons."

"I have to thank the very lovely lady that took my blood and gave me a flu shot cause I have an EXTREME fear of needles and she absolutely blew my mind with how well she handled my situation with such confidence and accuracy!!!! She deserves a raise, if you ask me. She brought me a rag, ice pack to out on my head, tried to get me into a room with a bed to lay me down, but ultimately she made a "make shift" recliner out of a Dr's stool, and a chair. She kept me talking and breathing properly "you're holding your breathe again, BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE she would say. I would have absolutely no problem with getting anything in the future that requires a needle, as long as she was the one performing it. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR EXTRA TIME AND WOK, MORE THAN YOU'LL EVER KNOW!!!"
