"I recently purchased my home gym equipment from Fitness Superstore in Somerville and could not be more pleased with my experience (Power cage, Functional Trainer, Leg extension/Leg curl, and Hack Squat/Leg Press machine). "The service and selection at this store were phenomenal!! I recently had an injury and asked for the salesperson’s advice to assist me. Not only was he able to help and make suggestions on how I can use my purchases, he also did not try to upsell me anything (I was not looking to purchase a machine). The store was closing in an hour and I did not feel rushed, and he was thoughtfully accommodating and considerate! I did forget to purchase the dumbbells I was looking at, but that will be done in another trip. I am very happy I came to this store and also with the purchases that I made!"

"Just called the Somerville store at 4.oo pm on January 27, 2023 to advise them that my attempts to obtain help from the equipment manufacturer regarding my inability to hook up the pulse reader on my equipment purchased on 1 14 2023 and paid for immediately was without result as the 4 messages i had left over the past two days were never returned, contrary to their voice message saying that my call would be returned. The gentleman who picked up the phone at Fitness at the Somerville location was curt to say the least telling me that he was with a customer, and when i asked for his name, he hung up on me. perhaps not the proper rating of the store by certainly of the individual manning the phones. Rude to as a minimum."
