"Terrible attention, I call, I call and I call and they answer, yesterday I called and they hung up on me, today I'm calling again and nothing is answered"

"I was scheduled and confirmed an appointment for 8:30a. I get there at 8:25a as any responsible person would do. I watched the employee leave out and lock the door behind her then get on her phone and walk to the store down the street. 8:30 no one is seen in the area. 8:35 2 ladies come from the back, unlocked the door and proceeded to keep telling me they don't take anyone until 9:30a. Well clearly I didn't just make up my appointment time, 8:30 was the time provided for me. Also to add the window clearly says business hours are from 8:30 to 4p. The lady continued to rant about they don't take 8:30 appointments and she expressed how she can't wait until December so she can leave the job. Completely unprofessional and GHETTO! The employee that left at 8:25 came back with her arms full of snacks so now I guess they're all happy. OUR PEOPLE, WE MUST DO BETTER!!! I'm so tired of our people being very unprofessional without a care in the world. At least act like you're grateful for your job. Who is managing this place?"

"Very rude customer service. Terrible experience. I called to do a transfer and the lady was like "ugh this is going to take forever let me call you back" which I was nice about and ok but once she called back she kept being rude and mean I kept being nice and patient since she was probly having a bad day but no she was very very rude."

"If I could give a half of a star I would. Now I am definitely going to escalate this matter but there’s a chick which I wouldn’t call her a woman this chick name is Jenny she wouldn’t provide her last name had an attitude because the call center which is not in the same office of course scheduled appointments for them. Now let me say this there wasn’t anyone in the waiting room and I’m assuming she wanted to continue to sit on her tail and earn tax payers dollars for doing absolutely nothing. She was very rude ignorant and definitely shouldn’t ever be in any customer service position ever. And even my mother who is a Coppin State alum and professor asked the lady to please be quiet because she kept being nasty and talking herself into a whole. You should never judge a book by its cover. I’m assuming because of the location she has prejudged everyone who comes in, we’ll shes met her match because I am not going to let this chick talk to another woman man whomever that way again"
