"Physician doesn’t give you a exam thoroughly on routine visits..No return phone calls..for pharmacists to get authorized medication changes after submitting refill prescriptions for me…I feel it’s like get you in and get you out environment..being on this plan.. especially at that location..They have to do better… I remember two years ago.. there was a better doctor and staff.. what happened?"
"The pcp I see is Dr. Jared Muhati, he does not care about his patients. I have been requesting for him to fax over new prescriptions to my pharmacy for two weeks. I'm feeling my request is falling on deaf ears and being ignored. I'm completely out of one medicine.and running low on my other meds. He has yet to fax them over. My feet are swelling up due to being out of my one. I have been calling, can't get ahold of the nurse and still nothing. I do not recommend this Dr because of his unethical, uncaring attitude."
"Once again I think I found a doctor that is basically one of those assembly line primary care physician's where they don't have enough time to find out who you are and what's your concerns. maybe they give you a cursory physical. listen to your heart feel your glands ask you a few questions and that's it. You would think they would at least tell you to turn your head and cough. Lmao. I guess they don't do that one anymore. And the search continues. Where can I get a good primary doctor? That's rhetorical."
"This is worst clinic ever. The place smells like an old nursing home and old pisst. The women who work there, to me, seem thotish and ghetto. Calling and waiting on hold for 30 to make an appointment is ridiculous. Transferred all my records to the University Medical Center, what a big difference."
