"We feel like the customer service was excellent. We would recommend the company and its service. We purchased the Folding treadmill: Matrix TF50. It feels great when using either walking sprinting or running. We liked the features available compared to other treadmills. It's a heavy weight piece of equipment. User weight capacities are up to 400 pounds, Johnson Drive motors with a smooth performance. Other competitors have thin single-ply belts that make more noise and are prone to stretching and snapping. Matrix tracks have standard to above-average surface sizes as well. The TF50 is 60″ long and the tracks have standard 20″ widths. There's a power incline and 3 different types of consoles you can add on to the original base model if desired. If you don't prefer all the trimmings you can just buy a basic model. When we purchased the treadmill there were holiday sales going on and we also were able to get a discount for their Matrix ICR Spin bike as an extra incentive. We felt like it was a great deal too."
