"I visited your Pikesville office for a check-up because I was experiencing severe flu symptoms. I was coughing uncontrollably, had fever, slight headaches, and issues breathing. First, whilst examining my throat, the doctor that saw me commented that I needed to have my teeth cleaned. I was completely flawed by this comment, as I’ve never had this experience before. I recently moved to MD - Baltimore county to be exact. My experience here has been nothing less than a culture shock. The lack of respect and professionalism I’ve experienced, is mind blowing. Second, whilst waiting in the visitor’s room, I overheard the front desk attendant asking the nurse “did the GUY in room one leave!” The guy, not the patient. Again, I thought wow, this place is savage. Finally, I felt insulted by this doctor; who says that to a sick patient. I hope she sees this review and it helps her improve her bedside manner. The receptionist needs to be trained in etiquette and professionalism. I will not be returning to this practice. I hope this review serves as a teaching moment. Professionals should always act as such."

"I’ve been to the Pikesville location as a walk-in and with scheduled appointments on weekend mornings. I am always seen promptly. It’s a quiet, clean, and comfortable environment. The staff is very pleasant and I don’t feel rushed. My online lab results were accompanied by a prompt note from my provider that answered the question I was going to ask before I asked it."

"Everyone at this location is wonderful. They step up and do what they can. Pam worked two jobs the morning of my appointment because a coworker was late. Laura is an incredible nurse practitioner, who is thorough, meticulous, and really takes her time with patients concerns. Even after moving further away, I will still come back here for all my primary care needs."
