"I go to the doctor that is in this building. making the switch to dr Schwartz almost 6 years ago is the best choice I made as far as my health goes. the office staff are nice and always tell you to feel better and for me personally they always ask me about my cat and make me feel special. the one medical assistant there named tawny is amazing. she will take phone calls when I need to talk to someone personally about a problem and always tells me to call and update her and if I have a problem getting a service done I just call and talk to her and she takes care of it. dr Schwartz is top notch and amazing as well. I have several health problems and he takes care of them all and he is so thoughtful and kind. he even says sorry if he forgets my cats birthday. if you need a referral he will get it for you right away and he goes above and beyond for all his patients. if you need an emergency appointment he will give you one and if you cant make it on a certain day he will be sorry that you could not make it sooner to see him. he is always concerned for you and how you are doing, he will ask you for your opinion on what you think is wrong and he will engage you. he always tells me to update him a few days after seeing him to let him know how I am doing with being sick. he is such a good doctor that I would recommend him to everyone. he is the only doctor I have that I trust seeing because know he will help me and be concerned for me at the time same time. he can also tell when something is really wrong just by looking at you. the best doctors office ever"

"I have not had that bad of experiences in here. Sometimes I'll be waiting though for 30 minutes with nobody even in the waiting room. And recently everytime I call, nobody answered the phone. I call, leave voicemails and nobody calls me back or anything. I'm about to find a new doctor, one who actually answers the phone."

"Our doctor at this facility left unexpectedly and no one contacted us. Her info is still on the website a week later but she's "no longer with them". The person filling in for her isn't familiar with our situation so something that could be handled without a visit now requires a visit (and a co-pay from me) and she is only available during school hours so I will have to take my child out of school in order to be seen. This could also be handled over the phone but of course doctors can't pick up the phone these days and the poor nurse is just the unlucky one to pass the message. Very upset with the people running the show."
